Village Lab Foundation, Ladakh is a grassroots organisation based in the Nubra Valley, Leh Ladakh, dedicated to transforming education in the villages of Ladakh through innovative, intergenerational learning models.

By using the village as a dynamic learning lab and empowering both elders and youth as facilitators, we design and deliver place-based learning experiences deeply rooted in Ladakhi culture, heritage, and Indigenous wisdom.
