Donations

All donations made to Village Lab Foundation Ladakh are non-refundable. By donating, you acknowledge that your contribution is voluntary and will be used to support our educational and community initiatives. We appreciate your generosity and commitment to our mission.

Program Fees (Workshops, Events, etc.)

Program fees support the organisation and delivery of our workshops, events, and other community activities.

• Cancel 7 days or more before the event: 100% refund

• Cancel less than 7 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your spot to another participant with prior notice and approval.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (where applicable), please email us at vlfladakh@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your full name

• Transaction ID or payment receipt

• Name and date of the event/program

• Reason for the refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Village Lab Foundation Ladakh does not sell or ship physical goods through our website.

Any resources—such as learning materials, merchandise, or program-related items—are either distributed in person during events or shared digitally.
