ABOUT US

Village Lab Foundation, Ladakh is a grassroots organisation based in the Nubra Valley, Leh Ladakh, dedicated to transforming education in Ladakhi villages through innovative, intergenerational learning models.

By using the village as a dynamic learning lab and empowering both elders and youth as facilitators, we design and deliver place-based learning experiences deeply rooted in Ladakhi culture, heritage, and Indigenous wisdom.

Our mission is to nurture purposeful problem solvers who embrace their roots, preserve their heritage, and carry it forward with pride, confidence, and a deep sense of responsibility for their community and the world.
